My imaginary girlfriend
My imaginary girlfriend, is everything I want her to be
she's pretty and elegant, and certainly nice to see
when I'm talking nonsense, she's remains silent with smile
and just listens to me nagging, even for the longest while
She rarely wants presents, and they can even be cheap
she's always there for her man, and avoids her own sleep
when he comes home, after too much beer and way too late
but she just asks how it was, doesn't get mad nor will debate
But she is not real, it's all so fake
I wish sometimes, I had another choice to take
Because there is something about her, sad but true
Even though she's so fine and as pretty as can be
the true thing about her, that only I see,
the sad thing about her, it's that she's not you.

Advice for a 13 year old girl
1) Never ever get your hair cut that short again. Or if you do, start wearing makeup. Yes, you're only thirteen but the alternative is having shop assistants refer to you as "son."
2) Get over G-. She thinks she is too cool for the likes of you now. Find a new best friend. In about six years you're going to hear from G-, and how she regrets losing the only friend who listened to her.
3) So you're being bullied, and people have been calling you a "dyke" because of your short hair and shyness around boys. Ignore them. You are not gay, and even if you were that isn't a problem to anyone except to those too immature to deal with

Painted White To Blind The Others
The trees have dropped their draping leaves,
The clouds have dropped their snow.
The roads have winded loops into our path and misled us where to go.
Enough empty promises have bored into our skulls,
Enough white lies to was away our sins.
Enough hearts have been broken here to help me up and begin.
Don't apologize!
I'm the one who painted white, painted clean all of our lies.
Your ears have heard my fallen whispers,
Your eyes have cried my tears,
Your hands have felt the aging touch of mine along these years.
But I'm not snowblind yet...
Don't apologize,
I'm the one who painted white, painted clean all of our lies.
I want to hold your

Painted Horses Scare Me
They can't wrap their heads around this sinking feeling in my chest. I strongly think I'm drowning now. Gasping for air. I'm on dry land, but my lungs are filling with something. They call if fear, I call it... I think I'm dying.
I wish I knew how to swim because I think my world is about to floor. They think I'm depressed but I'm not sure I feel it. There is a hook in my arm, I'm a caught fish, food, dinner on the table for the shallow. My flesh is smoking, but they don't see it. I don't think I'm in the sea anymore...
They agree I need help but their savior is as fake as my metaphors. There is a tug at my flesh, I've been here before. A d
